Day 18-Rachel's Diary

Dear Diary,

Hi there! It's me Rachel! But, of course, you know that!!! I slept for a long time, and I was dreaming non-stop about Boo. Oh, I love Boo! I'm a bit of a loner, and he is my only real friend. Yes, I know I have other friends too, but I love Boo sooo much!

I woke up and found a gnome outside of the apartment. Of course, I brought it back. He looked very Father Christmassy. Did I tell you, it is Snowflake Day tomorrow? I hope we can throw a gift-giving party. That would be sooo cool. So cool. Maybe people could come over and we can get presents. And I can place the Christmas Tree! And decorate the house! Oooh, I'm soooo excited!

It was a Snow Day today, so I didn't have to go to school. Will it be a snow day everyday from now on? 'Cos that would be great!

Lauren woke up with yet another mood swing. Is she always having mood swings, or what?? She went off to the park- yet when she came back, Lauren told me she got into a fight-- and won!

Meanwhile, while Lauren was making enemies, I was helping Mom with the chores. I cleaned up, made the beds, cleaned the toiled and more. After that, I forgot that I didn't do my homework! I had to rush to do it. After that, Lauren took me ice skating. We had fun. We fell, though!

Lauren then went to the dive bar to get some money, while I went home to paint. Ooops, gotta go! See ya.

Day 17- Lauren's Diary

Dear Diary,

Hi. I'm back. Today has been pretty eventful, let me tell you that. To start it off, we moved!! Yeah, I know. It took Mom a long time to get the money. Still, at least we're out of the dump and into a apartment. Even if the apartment burns my eyes.

Look at it! It's horrific! It is brick, and the windows are uneven. I mean, the floor below us has survival windows (but I think no-one lives there) and the laundry room has no door. What is up with that? At least our floor looks okay-ish, though.

Guess what? We got to go to school! Rachel is way more excited than I am, even though she is a bit of a loner. She made a few freinds outside of school though. So did I, of course. I even have a boyfriend. Rocky...<3 <3 <3

The apartment is pretty close to the school. The school bus still picks us up!!

Okay, so school was good. It is going to be prom on Sunday! Woot, woot! I'm so going to go with Rocky. <3 <3 <3

Also, my friend came over after school today. I got such a shock!! Mom adopted a cat (for Rachel). It was soooo cute, with grey, fluffy fur. It had strange eyes, though. Rachel would be sooo happy! It got stuck in the snow and you couldn't even see it! And it was watching one of Rachel's birds. Also, Nico knows how to potty. Yay!

I don't think I showed you the apartment, did I? It actually is okay. We can't paint the walls, or change the plumbing, and we only have one bedroom, but it is nice. Ish. Everyone went to bed really late. Rachel because she had stuff on, and us because we were in terrible moods!! I though it was Snowflake Day tomorrow, but it isn't. Whoops. Looks like I'll have to wake up early. Unless it is a snow day??? Also, Mom got offered another free vacation. She didn't take it. Dang. Tomorrow, I'm thinking about getting a job. Whaddya think?

Day 16

Day 16

Everyone woke up very early. It was snowing non-stop. Within no time, the ground would be covered in snow and they could play in it! Rachel fed her birds, and Lauren practiced the guitar. Nico was soo tired, and he had to sleep. Deidre was inventing. She invented the Improved Flying Fliers.

After that, Deidre searched for stars. Lauren was steadily improving her guitar skill- she reached level five very quickly! Soon, she was going to play for tips. Meanwhile, Deidre found a star!

Deidre went to the consignment store and put lots of stuff on offer. She also sold her flowers- she was almost as $5,000!! Meanwhile, Lauren was at home with Rachel and Nico. Rachel made a snow angel.

Rachel and Lauren made a snowman together.

Deidre came home and brought everyone out to the Winter Festival. Lauren played for tips and then had some hot chocolate. Deidre played with Nico, and Rachel got a hot chocolate and also snowboarded.

After that, Rachel went to the Fire Station, painted and went home. But, joy, oh joy, they made enough money to move! Next stop... the apartment!!

Day 15

Day 15

$100. 

Today was the first day of winter. It started snowing first thing. Everyone woke up early and went to the firestation. They all had some food and went to improve their skills. Except Nico. Nico just got a new bear and was busy playing with it.

Lauren was playing the guitar and improved her skill level to level four. Deidre read her cooking book and improved her skill level to three. Rachel continued to paint and developed her skill to level one. Everyone was having fun!

Lauren went to the park to play the guitar. Meanwhile, they hung the Holiday house lights outside their house. (Well, dump.) It looked very nice, and with the snow all around it gave the house a festive feeling.

Meanwhile, Lauren saw some lovely flowers and gave them to her mother to sell at the consignment store, or wherever she could sell them. After that, she began to play her guitar. She wasn't skilled enough to play for tips yet, but practise makes perfect!

Rachel finished her painting. She then gave it to Deidre to sell in the consignment store. Rachel freshened up and had some food. She was so tired so had a nap on the sofa. 

Deidre fed Nico, cleaned his nappy, had some food and went to the consignment store with him. But it was closed so she didn't get the chance to consign anything! After that she brought him home and put him to bed for a nap while she improved her skill. Lauren called Rocky to go out on a date. Rachel just slept!

After their date, Lauren went home and went to bed. Rachel went home, searched for rubbish and then went to bed. Deidre did a bit more inventing and then she went to bed.

Day 14

Day 14

Locals gathered $100!

Lauren woke up with a cold. She probably caught it from Rachel!! When everyone was awake and the birds were fed, everyone went to the diner for food, as today was Saturday. It was also the last day of Fall.

After that, they all headed to the Fire Station, except Deidre, who wanted to search the rubbish piles for more scrap and do a bit more inventing at home. Deidre gathered her scrap and then went over to invent. She invented yet another Magical Gnome of Inventing!!

Then, Deidre went to the Fire Station and they all watched television together. Deidre, Rachel and Lauren all watched Kidz Zone. After they got tired, they went their separate ways to do other things.

Lauren continued to teach Nico to talk. He knew how to talk in no time! Rachel went painting. Deidre had a shower and read a bit of a skill book. She didn't gain a skill, though!

Everyone then went home to sleep.

Day 13

Day 13

It was half back at the grocery store today, so when Deidre spent $110, she got $55 back. Yes! When Deidre was at the store, she bought lots of fruits and vegetables for the garden. Once it became spring again, she would plant them.

After that, Deidre got offered a free vacation. She denied it, remembering what happened the last time with Lauren. After that, they bought some gnomes to get rid of all the wild animals.

Lauren checked the mail and saw that Rocky sent her yet another Love Letter- the third or fourth one the past two weeks!! Rocky was a bit of a stalker- Lauren was seriously thinking about breaking up with him. While this was happening, Rachel was watching the weather channel in the fire station. She realized that the news channel was showing Sunset Valley, not Bridgeport!

Day 12

Spooky Day

It was Spooky Day today. Lauren was doing some babysitting and she gave Deidre $50! Ka-ching!

Lauren and Rachel dressed up. Lauren was a mermaid and Rachel was a bunny. Lauren also woke up with yet another mood swing!

They all went to the fair together. Nico went on the bouncer and Rachel played around on the swings and on the slide. Then all of them braved the haunted house together. Everyone came out fine, except Lauren who came out as a ghost!

After that Deidre went home with Nico and Lauren and Rachel went trick or treating together. They only had time to visit one house, though. Lauren got a sweet and Rachel got a teddy bear which she named Dewayne. Lauren egged one house and they went home to sleep.
